Last weekend marked the final spring visit for members who took the opportunity to craft their own casks under the expert guidance of journeyman cooper Euan Findlay at Theakstons in Masham. As ever, the day produced casks to be proud of, showcasing the skill and enthusiasm of everyone involved.
The visit concluded in traditional fashion with members gathering at a local hostelry to celebrate a thoroughly rewarding and enjoyable day.
